This documentary has been produced by the Free university of Brussels (www.ulb/tef.be)
In co-operation with Mostra Communication (www.mostra.be), and focuses on the basic challenges that regions face when structural changes appear. Enterprises are forced to close down their activities and people, especially those with little education, find themselves without jobs. But this documentary shows how difficult situations can turn into situations with new possibilities for the individual, were hidden competencies or new jobs provide new and even sometimes better futures.
