the role of experts How do we make sense of the vast quantities of information we can collect. Which bits are important, which bits of information should we act on. We consult ‘experts’, we use forecasting models, we use benchmarking techniques. Here we explore how these are used in our regions and in the project we have developed a tool for benchmarking restructuring processes.
